Customer Services Team Leader

Stratford District Council is seeking a team leader to coordinate and assist in the daily operation of its customer service centre.

The successful applicant will have a minimum of four years' experience leading a team in a similar customer service or call centre role with demonstrated excellence in staff leadership.

This is a permanent, full-time position and will involve:

  • Building a collaborative and professional culture within the customer service team.
  • Providing internal and external customers with access to information and services.
  • Management of the after-hours customer service.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of services.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and will be passionate and innovative and ready to pass on these attributes to their team to ensure the service delivered by our staff is exceptional. They will be constantly looking to improve processes and procedures to ensure the best service is provided to the customer. Local Government experience would be an advantage.
