Customer Service Officer
Stratford District Council is looking for its next front of house superstar for the Council Service Centre.
If you are a professional and positive person who is a quick learner and is great with people then the Stratford District Council needs you!
The successful applicant will be passionate about ensuring our ratepayers and residents receive the best customer experience when visiting the Council's service centre. They will have excellent listening skills to ensure the correct information is given, and the ability to build positive relationships.
This is a permanent, full-time position which includes:
- Front line customer service including over the counter, email and phone
- General administration associated with the service centre
- Accurate receipting of monies from customers
- Booking of facilities
The preferred candidate will be competent in Microsoft Office products and have previous customer service and cash handling experience. Council is a diverse organisation and a general understanding of what it is responsible for would be an advantage.
