We're on the lookout for passionate and energetic Pool Lifeguards at all levels - casual, and part time positions. Whether you're 16 and seeking a fun after-school or weekend role, or you're 99 with a wealth of aquatics experience to share, we want YOU to be part of our team!

Positions will work on a roster system will include morning, evening and/or weekend work. Part time positions will have a minimum set hours per week and work on a roster system. Casual positions will be as an on-call/as required basis.

Lifeguards contribute towards a motivated and positive team, supervision of the facility, excellent customer service and conducting pool water tests and facility cleaning.

About You

You are a confident communicator with a positive, friendly and can-do attitude. You will thrive as part of a team but work well as an individual. You will help set the atmosphere and environment in the complex while ensuring the safety of our users at all times.

A swim test will be included in the interview process.

Future opportunities to branch out into group fitness and/or swim instruction are also possibilities dependent on requirements of the facility.

All Aquatic Services roles are subject to a police reference check under the Vulnerable Children's Act 2014.

Qualified Applicants will hold the following:

  • ­ Pool Lifeguard Certification
  • ­ A current First Aid certificate
  • ­ Water Treatment Certification

Unqualified Applicants will be available from 22 to 26 April to complete the training course.
